Caring for our community and loved ones goes beyond Valentine’s Day. Throughout February, changing weather and seasonal conditions can create safety risks across San Joaquin County. Emergency messaging helps ensure community members receive timely, trusted information so they can make informed decisions, protect their loved ones, and check in on neighbors during winter storms, dense fog, flooding, and other hazards. Staying connected helps our community respond together and stay safer when conditions change.
